Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk plant-based or dairy
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp mix seed pumpkin seed, flax seed etc
  • 1 anjeer
  • cup berries, fruit, banana

Instructions
 

  • In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, and chia seeds.
    ½ cup rolled oats, ½ cup milk, 1 tsp chia seed, 1 tsp mix seed
  • Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (minimum 6 hours).
  • In the morning, stir again and add your favorite toppings.
